Interior design in Reunion Resort, FL: a designer's guide
Reunion Resort is one of Central Florida's most prestigious gated addresses — three championship golf courses, a water park, and some of the largest, most upscale vacation homes near Disney. Guests booking here expect a higher standard, and the interiors need to match the price point of the stay.
A premium market expects premium design
Reunion homes command some of the highest nightly rates in the Orlando short-term rental market. That price point sets an expectation: guests who pay more look for interiors that feel elevated, cohesive, and considered — not standard rental furniture arranged to fill the rooms.
Where these floor plans shine
Reunion's larger footprints — great rooms, upstairs lofts, multiple primary suites, and expansive pool decks — give a designer real room to work with: statement home theaters, golf-and-resort-themed game rooms, and layered outdoor living spaces that photograph beautifully for a listing built around luxury.
Designed to justify the rate
At this price tier, furniture and finish quality has to hold up to scrutiny in person, not just in photos. Performance fabrics, well-made casegoods, and a cohesive palette throughout the home are what turn a five-star review into a repeat booking.
Local, turnkey delivery
As an Orlando-based designer, I manage sourcing, furnishing, and on-site installation for Reunion Resort projects in person — concept through final styling — so the home is guest-ready and listing-ready from day one.
