Interior designer in Windermere, FL: a luxury residential guide

Estate-scale rooms need estate-scale design

Windermere homes are often defined by double-height great rooms, long sightlines to the water, and formal spaces that see real use — entertaining, family gatherings, and everyday life at a larger scale than a typical Orlando home.

Lake views are the starting point

With water on one side of nearly every plan, furniture layouts, window treatments, and outdoor living spaces are designed around the view — not in spite of it. The goal is a home that feels connected to the lake from the moment you walk in.

Quiet luxury over showroom furniture

At this level, clients are rarely looking for the loudest room in the neighborhood. The brief is almost always the same: refined materials, custom millwork, and a palette that reads as considered rather than decorated.

Full project management, start to finish

For an estate-scale home, coordinating architects, builders, and trades matters as much as the design itself. I manage that process directly — concept through final installation — so the vision holds all the way through.
