Interior design in Windsor Island Resort, FL: a designer's guide

New construction, higher expectations

As one of the newer resorts in the area, Windsor Island attracts guests expecting a newer, more polished experience than older rental stock nearby — the interior needs to match that expectation from the first photo.

Bigger homes, bigger design opportunity

Windsor Island's floor plans tend to run larger, with multiple living areas and generous pool decks — more space to build out a cohesive theme rather than a single statement room.

Positioned against strong nearby competition

Sitting close to Storey Lake and other established resorts, Windsor Island homes compete directly for the same guest pool. A distinct, well-executed interior is a real differentiator in that search.

Managed locally, from concept to check-in ready

I handle sourcing, delivery, and installation on-site for Windsor Island Resort projects — concept through final styling, ready for guests.
